Facade and glass cleaning for workplaces
We clean the glass facades, windows and cladding of office buildings and campuses with technology such as drones and robotics. No aerial work platform (cherry picker) takes over your car park, and every job is logged on the platform with its report and history.

A building full of people, and a facade that needs looking after
During the day an office building is full. An aerial work platform at the facade means coned-off parking bays, visitors sent the long way round and a window cleaner hanging outside someone's window in the middle of a meeting. So maintenance gets pushed back, until the glass facade looks dull and the board starts asking about it.
Your organisation also wants more and more figures. How much water and which products went into maintaining your buildings? You will rarely find that on a window cleaner's invoice.
Condition: what we see and clean
We clean glass facades and windows with purified water: the minerals are removed by reverse osmosis, so it dries without streaks. A dirt-repellent coating can follow. Dirt then sticks less and rain carries more of it away, which can lengthen the time until the next clean.
On brick, render or HPL facades we work with softwash at low pressure or pressure washing up to 200 bar, and with enzymatic or chemical products, depending on the surface and the dirt. Close up, we also see what you miss from the ground, such as loose joints or damaged panels. Those findings go into the report, with their location on the facade.
Safety: no work at height above your car park
Nobody hangs on a rope outside a window and no aerial work platform drives across your car park. The pilot stays on the ground. Below the drone we mark out a safety perimeter that moves from one facade to the next, so you only close off the part we are working on at that moment, not the whole car park.
Spraying from a drone, including for cleaning, falls outside the open category. It requires an operational authorisation in the specific category, the European category for higher-risk drone flights, granted by the Directorate-General Aviation of the Belgian FPS Mobility and Transport (Federal Public Service).
Financial value: less disruption, better figures
Only part of what traditional facade maintenance really costs appears on the invoice. Add the closed parking bays, the diversions and the staff who spend a day with a worker outside their window. With a drone you need no aerial work platform, scaffolding or gondola (a building maintenance unit, or BMU: the cradle permanently installed on the roof). Whatever remains is set out clearly in our quote.
For your ESG reporting you export what was done on each job from the platform, as a PDF or CSV. Building maintenance then sits in the same reporting as the rest of your portfolio, instead of in a folder of loose invoices.
The surfaces we clean
Our method is designed for the surfaces below. Which of them we treat on your buildings is something we establish on a site visit or from photos.
Glass facades and windows
Window cleaningCurtain walls, the windows of office floors and a glazed entrance hall.
Atriums and glass roofs
Window cleaningGlass over a courtyard, a rooflight or a covered link between buildings, which is hard to reach with a ladder or an aerial work platform.
Solar panels
Solar panel cleaningPanels on the roof or over the car park, where soiling is holding back their output.
Questions from facility managers
Do our staff need to leave the building or keep the windows shut?
Nobody needs to leave. We do ask that opening windows stay shut on the side of the building we are working on. We let you know in advance when we will be on which side. The schedule is on the platform, so you can pass it on to your staff in a short email and nobody is startled by a drone outside their window.
Can you work outside office hours?
For offices that is often the best option, and we look at it building by building. Where possible, we look at early mornings, quiet days or the weekend, within the hours our authorisation and daylight allow. That way there is no safety perimeter in your car park during the working day and your staff carry on undisturbed. We agree the timing with you on a call.
What data do we get for our ESG reporting?
For every job you can export a PDF or CSV from the platform, for your maintenance plan or your ESG reporting. We work with purified water and, where needed, enzymatic or chemical products, depending on the dirt and the surface. We only publish figures on water use once we have measured them.
Does the drone film inside our offices?
The cameras are there to fly the drone safely and to produce the facade report, not to look inside. A drone outside the window will still raise questions, so we recommend telling your staff beforehand. The schedule on the platform makes that easy: you can see for each building and each facade when we are coming.
We manage several buildings. How do we keep track?
On the platform every building has its own history: planned and completed jobs, reports with before and after photos, and findings with their location on the facade. You give colleagues access user by user, for example a site manager who only sees their own campus. No more digging through emails to find out what was done to a facade last year.
