Offer drone cleaning to your clients without running a fleetSubcontracting for cleaning companies and window cleaners
Your clients ask about facades, glass or solar panels you can't reach without an aerial work platform (cherry picker) or scaffolding. We do that work with our own pilots and drones, and we take care of the flight authorisation. The client stays yours.
For companies that already have the client
Cleaning companies
You already look after the inside of the building. Through us, you can take on the facade and the outside of the glass as well.
Window cleaners
High glass facades, atriums and glass canopies usually mean an aerial work platform or rope access. With us, you no longer have to turn those jobs down.
Facility service providers
You manage several buildings for your clients. We add exterior cleaning and inspection, with a report per building you can pass on.
How we work together
We work as your subcontractor: you hold the contract with your client, and we carry out the work on your behalf. Within that, you decide how visible OPPY is.
Prices and margins are agreed with each partner in a partner agreement.
- 01
White label
You sell drone cleaning under your own name. For your client, you remain the only point of contact.
- 02
Co-branded
Your client knows OPPY carries out the work. You manage the relationship, and we appear as the contractor on site and in the report.
What OPPY provides
Pilots and drones
Trained pilots and our own equipment, including purified water: water treated by reverse osmosis to remove minerals, so it dries without streaks or lime spots.
Authorisation
Cleaning with a drone falls under the specific category, the EU category for higher-risk drone flights, and needs an operational authorisation from the Directorate-General Aviation of the FPS Mobility and Transport (Federal Public Service).
Reports on the platform
After each job, the report with before and after photos and findings goes into the platform, our client portal. Under white label, it can carry your logo.
What you provide
The client relationship
You know the client, the building and what has been agreed. That stays the same: we work on your behalf.
Scheduling with your client
You agree the timing with your client. We plan the flight around the weather and tell you in good time if wind or rain means a new date.
Water and access, where needed
Sometimes we need a water connection or access to a roof or courtyard. You arrange that with your client.
Questions from partners
Should I buy a cleaning drone or subcontract the work?
For most cleaning companies, subcontracting is the quicker start. A drone is only part of the cost: you also need trained pilots, insurance and an operational authorisation in the specific category, the EU category for higher-risk drone flights such as spraying. As a partner you leave all of that to us and offer drone cleaning without that investment. The model is subcontracting rather than a franchise, so there is no equipment to buy first. If you want to fly yourself one day, we'll tell you honestly what it takes.
Who is liable if something goes wrong during a flight?
OPPY flies as the drone operator. How liability towards your client is split between your company and OPPY is set out in the partner agreement, so you have it in writing before you sell the first job.
Do I need additional insurance?
For the flight and our work on site, OPPY acts as the drone operator. Your own policy still covers your own activities. Ask your broker whether it also covers work you subcontract to others, as that varies between insurers and policies.
How do invoicing and VAT work?
In the standard set-up, OPPY invoices your company and you invoice your client. Prices, margins and payment terms are agreed with each partner. Whether VAT is charged normally or reverse-charged depends on the type of work and on your client. We confirm this in the partner agreement once an accountant has checked it.
